That’s a strange thing to say about a six figure convertible, but I felt that way when I saw one on the road the other day. Like, “Oh, it’s one of those.” It has no wow factor to it. What say you, oppo? Is this a rich person’s regular car?

There’s one in the small town where I work. I don’t think birds even look at it.
But a Fiero Ferrari kit car, that’s another story.

Its not loud and shouty like most other 6 digit cars. but it oozes elegance and class. and I love it. its got an air of: i dont need to prove myself to you. about it.
RRIIGGHHHTTTT up until I get passed by a bright pink one.

Yeah. I’m known for pointing out cars to friends while I’m driving and whenever I see a Bentley I don’t even say anything. I just think, “Oh, it’s a Bentley” and carry on.

There’s four or five of them in my town so I may be a bit jaded but I see where you’re coming from. The Continental isn’t regal or aggressive or pretty or striking, it’s just a $200k blob of car.

BMW M3456
Continental GT
Audi (ALL including R8)

Jag XJ XF XE

I think the hardttop isn’t bad, but I’d buy an R8 or a used Gallardo before I’d pull the trigger on one of these.

It’s not even close to a rich persons car honestly. This is the type of car the upper middle class buys used for their trophy wife to take to the nail salon.

The GT Speed looks alright with a roof. But I think for a heavy, expensive 4-seat GT convertible I’d probably go for an M6 and call it a day.

The only good thing I can say, is that most of the time, I see them from the back. If I see the front in person, I have the sudden urge to go blind.

I saw one recently as well it was plain boring non pearl mettalic white with black top and boring wheels. It looked super boring.

It is much better looking. The six loses some exclusivity points though, as plebs can still buy the non-m version.

I’d still kill for a manual black on black DBS....

...anybody else thinking “would hit”?
I know I shouldn’t but for some weird reason....

No doubt, she’s a very attractive woman, and she’s made a business out of being herself, and that’s laudable. But Bentley abuse? I have written on this subject before .

Bentley doesn’t appeal to me in any form or fashion, so I say let that capitalism freak flag fly

I’d get one in pearl with black interior, the carbon bits unpainted :]

If it was precisely what I wanted to drive, I’d have one, because no one would know what it was, or even notice it. Having never driven one, I can’t say for sure, but my sense of myself is that I’d rather have an R8, or even a loaded Boxster. Or a used Gallardo. I like dynamics.

No matter how much money I have, I’ll never be concerned with exclusivity. I just want a nice car. Hell, I feel like a snob in my 135is.
